Eat frequently. You may think that eating too often leads to weight gain, well, not exactly. Consuming mini meals every 3 to 4 hours is extremely beneficial. When you starve yourself you end up overeating and snacking throughout the day. When you consume healthy mini meals every few hours you end up consuming fewer calories than if you snacked and consumed 2 large meals throughout the day.

 

Be sure to consumer your five servings of fruits and veggies a day. Not only will they provide you with the proper nutrition, but they will also help you lose weight. Fresh produce is laden with fiber which means that you will feel full longer. If you ever get hungry while out of the house, one of the best foods to hold you over is an apple. All fruits and veggies are low in calories which makes them the perfect weight loss snack.
